• Is the system fully web-based?

  • From anywhere with internet access you can log in to Finnegans GO through a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  • From our finneg.com page you can go to the users option, then enter your company name, username and password.
• Is my data secure?

  We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers to guarantee the security of all our clients' information.

  AWS complies with 90 security standards and compliance certifications. Large companies such as Shazam, Yelp, Airbnb, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, Spotify, WIX, Unilever and SoundCloud trust and use AWS.

• What happens to my data if I want to migrate platforms and stop using Finnegans?

  There is no problem at all: the data always belongs to the client.

  If at any point the organization decides to cancel, for whatever reason, the information is exported so the client can migrate easily. Once the cancellation is complete, no one from Finnegans or from the client organization can access the database again.

• How can I view information about my business?

  Finnegans reports let you analyze the information of every transaction recorded in the system.

  You can view reports as a grid, cube, chart or dashboard. Depending on the view you choose and how you configure it, you can set the formats that best suit your needs.

• What do I do if I have a question about the product?

  Check our Knowledge base, where you will find all the documentation about the system, as well as guides, videos and solutions to common problems. No user account needed.

• How long does implementation take?

  To estimate an implementation time, one of our consultants needs to carry out a survey of the organization.
